Hi, I'm Debra Stephenson and welcome to a fitter, healthier you! If your anything like me frantically running around with children, job and the rest of it, you probably feel like you haven't got the time to exercise, but we all know how much better we look and feel when we do. Adam my trainer and I have worked out some routines that will keep you fit and tone up, you can also do this in your own time. You can work on your arms one day and your legs another, there's no need to try and squeeze an hour out of your schedule everyday, so do as much as you can whenever you can!
